Availability of goods
Some items are ready-to-shipped and other items are made-to-order. Ready-to-shipped products have their own stock availability. Very occasionally due to an inventory system error, one or more of your items will be unavailable.
In this instance, you will be refunded for the item(s) and any remaining items will be shipped to you.
We use Paypal for all payments on our website. Paypal id secure and safe for both of us.
We also accept bank transfer through Westpac Australian bank account.
How accurate are the pictures of your products on your website?
We do our best to make sure images of our products displayed in our online shop provide as accurate a representation of those products as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the colours that you see on your computer or mobile device will exactly match the colours of the physical product.
Special Offers and Custom Order
Occasionally we will offer special promotions to our customers. This can include a gift with purchase, free shipping, manufacturer offers, or other promotional activity associated with a product purchase. These offers may be for a limited time only.
We are happy to receive exclusive and custom orders from our customers. Please contact us for your exclusive and special orders.
Products are shipped from our studio in Sydney, Australia. You can expect us to ship your order within 4-21 business days of receiving it in most cases. Please allow longer during peak times and sales. You will receive an email from us when we ship your order for your delivery. We do not guarantee delivery times. Orders containing pre-order items will be delivered in one shipment when the pre-order item is available.
Your order will be delivered through Australia Post Standard eParcel. The delivery time to your destination will vary according to your postcode. Please allow extra time for post deliveries at peak times eg Christmas and Easter. Suella does not accept any responsibility for shipping times, and we cannot refund items that arrive later than required, although you may return them at your cost for a credit (exclusions may apply).
Our products are made-to-order and unfortunately we do not accept returns.
When you create an account of our Web Site your data is stored on Suella’s secure server. You will receive newsletters and other promotional material from Suella, which you can unscribe of by clicking ‘unsubscribe’ on a newsletter or contacting our Customer Service team. Your data will not be shared with any third party.
